Stephen is the Chair and founder of Sport Psychology Ltd. He currently delivers psychological assessments and support to police forces through the College of Policing specialising in the assistance given to forces recruiting Chief officers and their Chief Officer Group Leadership teams. He is a British Psychological Society Associate Fellow of the BPS, a Chartered Psychologist, Chartered Scientist. He is a member of the College of Experts comprised of 49 independent scientific advisors to the UK government and assigned to support the Department of Culture, Media, and Sport (DCMS). He was a Partner of the UK regulator of psychologists (The Health and Care Professions Council- HCPC). As an Occupational (business) psychologist Stephen has over 35 years of experience in leading UK consultancies, held the position as Global Chief Psychologist for Shell and one of only 6 people who have ever qualified as both an Occupational Psychologist and a Sport & Exercise Psychologist.
