Sarah is the Strategic Procurement Manager and is currently developing the growth strategies for FM, Food, Fleet, Buildings, Highways, Construction, Health and Emergency Services, to ensure value for money and allow customers to achieve their sustainability and Net Zero goals through best solutions. Sarah is welcoming the changes in the new Procurement Act 2023 around transparency and market engagement. Previously in finance and international export, she is MCIPS qualified.
