Rich is a Crew Manager, having served at Gatwick Airport Fire & Rescue Service for the last 14 years. He is a Road Traffic Collision Instructor and Medical & Trauma Lead Instructor for Immediate Emergency Care. He is a member of the British Burn Association's Pre-Hospital SIG, with a keen interest in Tri-Emergency Service response to burns care and is an affiliate IECR Instructor for West Sussex Fire & Rescue Service, delivering the SECAmb programme to their crews.
