Rejpal is the Head of Analytical Insight within His Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services. He is a member of the Government Operational Research Service, and has extensive experience within the civil service, leading and delivering on complex data and analytics projects. He currently manages a team of economics, operational research and data science specialists, with a remit of advancing insight and capability for Inspectorate needs. Key areas of work include the Early Warning System, contextual analysis of Force performance, and value for money.
