Olly Sapsford is a Teaching Fellow in Disaster and Emergency Management at Coventry University and a junior officer in the London Fire Brigade. From this dual perspective, his research is focused within the field of human factors, more specifically how people make decisions in high - pressure, high - stake environments, intuition and expertise in the context of emergency response.
