Mike is Head of Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion for Greater Manchester Police. He has been an operational police officer for over 20 years. Prior to his current role he established the stay interview process in GMP, which became national best practice, retaining a vast amount of experience in the organisation and producing millions of pounds of savings for the force. The stay interviews introduced concepts such as psychological safety and Gen Z into the policing field.
