Lee Joss
Volunteers Manager,
Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Services.
In 2002 Lee relocated to the UK from Zimbabwe and joined HIWFRS, In 2010, she took on a new role as Volunteer Programme Manager to create a formal Volunteer Programme for the Service, this continues to grow and develop. During her 20-year career with HIWFRS she been an On-Call Firefighter, worked on the Crewing Trials Project, as a Project Support Officer, and is currently a UNISON Steward.
