Joško is the Assistant Chief Firefighting Commander at the Croatian Firefighting Association, overseeing coastal firefighting activities since 2021. He has extensive experience as the former Commander of the State Firefighting Intervention Unit Split (2007-2021), and specialises in wildfire management, complex interventions, and international training and rescue missions.
