Damian Kitchen is currently the Superintendent and Head of Operations Unit at the National Police Coordination Centre (NPoCC). NPoCC is a specialized center that mobilises police officers from across the UK during civil emergencies and planned events. He began his career with the Police as full-time constable in Burnley, Blackburn in East Lancashire and held the position of Police Sergeant, Inspector, and Chief Inspector before being appointed Superintendent in Blackpool.
