Billy is the Police Scotland EV Fleet Programme Manager and the environmental lead for the National Association of Police Fleet Managers. He supports the Association of Fleet Professionals and participates in the UK Transport & Charging Group - Decarbonisation of the UK Emergency Services. Billy initially purchased EVs in 2011 and more recently the focus has been on growing the private network of EV chargers, expanding access to Charge Place Operators networks across the country.
