Andy is the Assistant Director of Education and Organisational Development at East Midlands Ambulance Service (EMAS), a role he commenced in August 2023. Andy oversees and leads the education department at the Trust, this includes a range of internal education courses, apprenticeships and practice learning, as well as supporting university partners in the region. Prior to joining EMAS,  Andy worked in the Higher Education sector for 12 ½ years,  with his most recent role the Head of Department for Allied Health Professions at Edge Hill University. Andy has a vast amount of experience within education programme planning, design and delivery, and was awarded a National Teaching Fellowship with Advance HE in 2018.
